Bond County Transit Passenger Guidelines


Please do not ask drivers to conduct any personal business on your behalf; they are not permitted to do so. Bond County Transit requires that all passengers be courteous and considerate of other passengers, as well as the driver. Instructions from drivers are to be followed.

Inappropriate behavior includes but is not limited to:

Any of the above may result in due process which includes verbal and written warnings and ultimate suspension from Bond County Transit. Management will investigate incidents to determine appropriate action. Any behavior that is violent, seriously disruptive, illegal, or poses a direct threat to drivers or passengers is strictly prohibited. Passengers may appeal their warnings/suspension by submitting an appeal in writing to: Bond County Transit - PCOM, 203 W. College St., Greenville, IL 62246.

Bond County Transit is dedicated to operating a transit system that serves people of all abilities. If you believe you have been excluded from, denied the benefits of, or been subjected to discrimination due to your disability or on the basis of your race, color, or national origin while using any Bond County Transit services, you are encouraged to report it. You may also ask for a change to make the transit system more accessible to you.
